THE TEAM
With a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, with excellent relationship management skills, she set up several companies in various fields and
came out with successful exits. With her people skills and passion towards the Arts & Entertainment industry, she has produced several films & TV productions which have won accolades British & Asian Film Industry. She is now heading a team of 25 artists at MDS to produce VFX, Post Production projects for various Bollywood & Hollywood clientile.
She has developed key contacts in the Bollywood & Tollywood Film Industry and is now working on several film projects involving Bollywood & Hollywood actors.
MICHAEL MALOTT
CFO & Executive Producer
Michael has a wealth of experience in Forex Trading
and served as CFO for DBA Semper Pacific
Wealth strategies firm. He has been a federally
licensed futures broker / commodity trader and have
strong connections with the Federal Authorities as a
CTA member. He served in the United States Marine
Corps during which he earned and received a
honorable discharge. Throughout his service as an active
duty member and combat related war campaigns,
he graciously accepted several awards, medals and
citations including those for meritorious service in the
battle. In 2012, Michael founded the award winning
Veteran Green Projects firm, which strives to create
'Work off the Battlefield' for those worked and
families in need. Veterans Green Projects was awarded
the JP Morgan Chase Mission Main Street Grant and
has received Congressional Recognition as well as
standout recognition by the Mayor's Office along with
District Senators.
He produced successful show's such as The Sinatra Show "The London Palladium, David Leveau", The Tony Danza Show. Michael Jackson's "Earth Song", Kill Bill "BANG BANG", Hustle and Flow, Human Nature "Tim Robbins" and The Sopranos, then moving to Production Management touring with major productions such as Nancy Sinatra, Frank Sinatra Jr. E.W.F., The Commodores, including venues such as Royal Festival Hall, Carnegie Hall and Dodgers Stadium.
He has since worked on extensive film projects in the film industry in all aspects
of production. From sound to editing to directing and filming, The go-to-guy when it comes to producing motion picture, sound on all projects.
MICHAEL DINCO
Partner & Executive Producer
Executive Producer with over 30 years of entertainment experience specializing in Project Development and Management Leadership. In-depth knowledge of creative and technical aspects of film, television and music productions. A passionatecollaborative professional recognized for managing several music music, TV and film projects, Mikey is the creator & producer of Animal Planet Award winning hit show 'Pitbulls & Parolees'.
RYAN KOTULA
A graduate of the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management (Minnesota Executive MBA
Program) Acting as Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, and Board Member within three successful companies for more than 20 years; this amalgamation of education and experience has enabled Ryan to succeed in the retail, e-commerce, education, manufacturing, sporting goods, and construction industries. He also has extensive experience with international sales, multi-channel, and business growth. Ryan also has broad areas of expertise in marketing management, negotiation, catalogs, private label brands, customer acquisition, integrated marketing, tools and equipment, manufacturing, sports and leisure, golf, baseball, soccer, online businesses, start-ups, general management, and working with international distributors.
SERGIO SANTORO
Sergio served 20 years honorably in United State Marines Corp. He held numerous positions on active duty, he was responsible for the seamless & uninterrupted operations. Upon separation of his active duty, Sergio got involved in to the community services. He served as Board member of PTO and was asked to be a representative of Local Authority & Accountability Plan.

Laura possess strong experience in Global Consulting and facilitation with global companies. She had done Masters in Public Health for Health Promotion & International Business & Marketing from Strayer University. She is also Chief Information Officer of Veterans Green Coffee and Executive Assistance at Combat Pugilist. Laura has tremendous skills of overseeing business operation strategy and controlling diverse business operations with great people skills, business acumen setting comprehensive goals for business growth and success.

"No Class, F.U., Dirty Looks, and Rumble Dog". He
served as Chairman of Board for popular music bands
like Earth Wind & Fire, Ray Charles, Atban Klann "
Black Eyed Peas: Rage against the Machine.
